Ferrites are one of the most popular classes of materials, the scope of application of which includes a large number of technical devices – magnetic data storage and recording systems, transformers, high-frequency devices such as radars and antennas, satellites, spacecraft, etc. [1]. Their widespread use is due to a unique combination of magnetic (from magnetically hard to magnetically soft properties), electrical and mechanical properties, a wide range of operating temperatures, corrosion and chemical resistance, as well as relatively simple and inexpensive production costs. Among ferrites, several types of structures are distinguished, each of which has its own advantage, determining the conditions of use of the material. In our work, ferrites with a hexagonal structure BaFe12O19 and Sr Fe12O19 were studied. Their elemental composition contains elements common in nature, and the crystalline structure allows observing ferrimagnetism in a wide range of temperatures.
