RCSEDv2 is the second version of the RCSED catalog (Chilingarian et al., 2017). It incorporates spectral and photometric data for over 4 million extragalactic sources, derived from several publicly available spectroscopic (SDSS, DESI, LAMOST and others) and photometric (SDSS, UKIDSS, GALEX, WISE) all-sky surveys, spanning a broad wavelength range. The full sample of extragalactic sources was analyzed homogeneously using a custom algorithm (Rubtsov et al., in prep.) based on the NBursts full-spectrum fitting technique (Chilingarian et al., 2007). For each individual object, the optimal parameter sets were automatically determined, enabling the modeling of spectral energy distributions and the estimation of stellar population and gas-phase properties. Simultaneously, kinematic properties (LOSVD: radial velocity and velocity dispersion) were measured for multiple independent components of different physical origins, facilitating the detection and decomposition of complex emission line profiles (NLR+BLR, DP). This analysis provided distributions of stellar population properties (age and metallicity) using popular models such as PEGASE, MILES, X-SHOOTER, and others. Additionally, gas component properties, including line fluxes, metallicity, and ionization parameters, were determined using the IZI procedure (Blanc et al., 2015). This work enables the exploration of statistically significant samples of objects at various stages of galaxy evolution throughout the Universe.
