Аннотация доклада:
Pioneer transcription factors (PTFs) such as SOX2, OCT4, and KLF4 play a critical role in cellular reprogramming by binding to heterochromatin and recruiting chromatin-modifying proteins. However, the molecular mechanisms of their protein-protein interactions (PPIs) remain uncovered. This study aims to predict and analyze the structures of PTF complexes with nuclear proteins to elucidate their functional roles in chromatin remodeling. This research was supported by the Russian Science Foundation (Grant No. 23-74-10012).
