I set the goal of my presentation today to summarize the question of how technology influences law. On the one hand, it is obvious that big data and artificial intelligence do not work separately. At the same time, Big Data is necessary for blockchain technology, and artificial intelligence technology is not separable from VR and AR. In the legal world in Russia, there is now a very vivid discussion about the possibility of developing and enshrining in a special code of law norms on these technologies. And this is a very provocative position. On the one hand, legislators are trying to identify common approaches and collect them in one act, so that there would be less contradiction and more uniformity. However, on the other hand, such unification should have limited boundaries. We already have a number of laws that regulate issues such as personal data, certain types of digital assets, and the digital ruble. At the same time, norms on AI, digital platforms, and cryptocurrency settlements should become completely new. Therefore, from today's discussion I am looking forward to receiving your experience and expertise in order to follow the path of creating harmonized legislation, taking into account the experience of other countries. Thank you once again for the opportunity to have this discussion and I invite you to continue.
