In this work we study various methods for constructing an adjacency matrix for use in Graph Convolutional Networks (GCN). We validate different approaches in neurophysiology, specifically the analysis of electroencephalograms (EEG) to identify the P300 pattern. We compare ``external'' methods, which use information from outside the time series, with ``internal'' methods that rely solely on original EEG data.
