The ionospheric response to the partial eclipse was analyzed using GPS observations and ionosond measurements from Kaliningrad, and Moscow stations. The eclipse effect was clearly recognized in the ionosphere. The depression of TEC is amounted near 1.2 and 1.5 TECU over Kaliningrad and Moscow respectively. The TEC variations, with 30 sec resolution, along satellite passes occurs as trough-like variations with a gradual decrease and followed by the increase of TEC values. The TEC depression is varied depend on satellite trajectories. Depression of foF2 is evaluated near 1.2 MHz. The time delay of the minimum level of foF2 with respect to the maximum phase of the eclipse was 60-75 min for Kaliningrad and 30-45 min for Moscow respectively. The TEC maps demonstrate noticeable changes in spatial structure of the ionosphere during the eclipse.
