As part of the global XIII Moscow Legal Week we are holding a panel on law and digital technologies on the topic «Digital Technologies and Law: Problems of Adapting Legal Norms to Fundamental Changes in the Social Environment». The development of information technologies and the emergence of new types of objects and services created on their basis have become as a matter of course. Artificial intelligence, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, virtual worlds, and other technologies that only a short time ago caused delight and amazement have become part of everyday life, including legal and academic life. However, this does not mean that the various legal problems caused by the spread of such technologies have finally found unambiguous answers. Therefore, a balanced and cleaned from hype legal analysis, generalization of previously expressed positions is still relevant and timely. We invite lawyers dealing with law and digital technologies to contribute to the development of this area and share their expertise with the international community.
