The photoluminescence (PL) of a 15-nm thick InSe film transferred on a chain of Mie-resonant silicon nanodisks is experimentally measured. It is shown that the PL intensity coupled on a chip is increased by 2.5 times at 950 nm compared to the case when the film is combined with a conventional rib waveguide. This is due to the enhancement of the optical coupling between localized emitters in the film and nanoparticles under Mie-type magnetic dipole resonance excitation. Obtained results can be useful for a variety of integrated photonics applications.
