For a full estimation of quality of vegetable food stuffs it is expedient to look after the dynamics and to study toxicity alone the whole heterotrophic chains: from ecological objects of an environment up to an end-product. Definition of total biological toxicity in water, in soil extracts, in extracts from plant roots of s, in reproductive bodies of growing plants, vegetable food stuffs testifies that more than 50 % of toxicity is connected with metabolites of microorganisms. Total toxicity is caused by a straight and mediated influence of pollutants (in different concentration, different degree toxic) on the researched object. In a result there is a complex problem which is necessary to be considered in interrelation and by uniform methods. Biotesting or biological estimation of total toxicity for modelling organisms, as well as any modelling can not be referred to accurate methods of measurements. For the decision of a problem of reproducible and reliability bioassay is recommend to use of association of various groups of such techniques as unified information system. You must use a different set of bioassay methods for solving each specific problem. We began work on creation of a complex bioassay to researching of water and soil. This complex is based on the automatic device of the BioLat (the developer of this device Cheremnykh E.G.) (fig. 1) which is based on the telemetering system of reception of the information about changes in the test systems (fig.1). With the help of similar program algorithms the quantity of water animal (ciliates, daphnia) and the size of sprouts (pollen tubes, fine seeds) were estimated. The availability of the developed complex method, its rapidity automation which allows to execute a large number of analytical measurements, increase our possibilities to correct quality of agricultural crops during vegetation.
