В статье рассматривается эволюция инновационной политики правительства Республики Корея при реализации стратегии формирования зеленой, креативной и цифровой экономики. Анализируются механизмы реализации планов и целевых программ развития, источники их финансирования, роль «чеболей», финансовых и нефинансовых институтов развития в процессе формирования инфраструктуры креативной и цифровой экономики. Показаны достижения Республики Корея в инновационной сфере на мировой рынке высоких технологий и культурной индустрии. Ключевые слова. Republic of Korea: from creative to digital economy The article examines the evolution of the innovation policy of the Government of the Republic of Korea in the implementation of the strategy for the formation of the creative and digital economy. The mechanisms of implementation of plans and targeted development programs, sources of their financing, the role of chaebols, financial and non-financial development institutions in the process of forming the infrastructure of the creative and digital economy are analyzed. The achievements of the Republic of Korea in the field of innovation in the world market of high technologies and the cultural industry are shown.
