The processes of synaptic plasticity are one of the cornerstones for vector psychophysiology theory proposed by E.N. Sokolov. Neuronal plasticity constitutes the basis for the formation of ‘vectors of synaptic connections. We study the mechanisms of neuroplasticity at the level of synaptic receptors - alpha7 nicotinic choline-receptors these as known participate in cognitive functions. The results obtained open a possibility to compare dynamics of the plastic changes in responses of single identified neurons, evoked by different neurotransmitters (acetylcholine and glutamate). The proposed approach is meaningful for the theory of learning as well as for practice of medicine or artificial intelligence creation.
