In this work, we investigated the conductivity of planar MOF polymers at room temperature. Samples covered with MOF demonstrate coulomb blockade curves, which indicates the single-electron charge transport nature in these structures. We assume that the proposed structure, in which metal intercalations form a homogeneous planar network of charge centers, and the electrodes are input and output terminals, allows creating a tunable reservoir neural network and realize various logical elements on the physical basis of MOF. This work outlines the first step results of creating a single-electron MOF-based device working at room temperature.
