Substantiation: 1) Rifting ~125 Ma on the De Long Islands; 2) Basalts 127-80 Ma from seafloor scarps on the Mendeleev Rise; 3) Prolongation of Mendeleev Rise under sedimentary cover of the North Chukchi basin; 4) Presumable Aptian-Albian magmatic features near the Wrangel island; 5) Magnetic anomalies interpreted as magmatic features; 6) SDR-like units - possible evidence of the rifting magmatism.
