In new geopolitical realities, the problems of coexistence and possible interconnection of various economic associations of states are actively discussed. The Eurasian space (including the Post-Soviet space) is characterized by a various types of interstate relations: international agreements (multilateral and bilateral), and a large number of cooperation formats (from discussion platforms to organizations aimed at deep integration). The new formats of regional intergovernmental economic cooperation in Eurasia, such as the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), the SCO and also the Silk Road Economic Belt (SREB) require analysis. The EEU and the SREB are presently the main drivers of the transformation of Eurasia into a zone of joint development. And the SCO is seen as the most promising element in the architecture of the Eurasian economic integration. It seems promising to expand the SCO to the SCO+ format, which could be aimed at interaction with other developing countries and regional blocs. The SCO+ could include almost all Eurasian developing countries. Thereby, it becomes possible to create a regular platform for the developing countries economic policies coordination. The effective Eurasian states economic integration development on the basis of the SCO+ framework is seen optimal.
