Аннотация доклада:
Many models of processes include parameters. Under optimization of such processes the result, which is minimum or maximum of an objective function, also depends on them. The talk is devoted to classifications of generic singularities of smooth extremum problems with constraints, to their stability and applications of ones to the analysis of various optimization and control problems.
