Large infrastructural project directors operate in a turbulent period. The markets are open for competition and the customer demand is changing tremendously, facing them with a huge challenge. In this thesis efficient mathematical methods are developed for justification and planning of those projects. These methods attempt to generate fairly accurate solutions within reasonable computation times. The recent development in this field has lead to a fast increase in theoretical research on economic networks. The economic networks modeling has nowadays some perspectives for meeting future needs in terms of new more and more accurate mathematical models and methods related to analysis and forecast of modern economy.
