  This conference, organized by the Department of Mathematics of the College of Computing and Mathematical Sciences of Khalifa University, will be the second edition. The first meeting took place on Dec 4-8, 2023. Its main objectives are: Providing an international forum for the exchange of information and experience on financial and commodity markets’ modeling; Encouraging research in financial modeling (new techniques, methodologies, empirical studies, software, etc.); Stimulating and strengthening the interaction between finance theory, modeling approaches, and the practice of decision making in commodity and financial markets; Establishing new research directions with a strong multidisciplinary emphasis based on recent results in applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning, and computer science.
