New opportunities for acquiring, accumulating and processing huge amounts of data have created prerequisites for the development of methods and algorithms that demonstrate a new, higher quality solution to urgent problems in the field of processing and analysis of photogrammetric data. The International Workshop “Photogrammetric techniques for surveillance, biometrics and biomedicine – PSBB25” is organized as a platform for exchanging the latest methods, approaches and achievements in the field of photogrammetry and remote sensing. The PSBB25 Workshop is a part of scientific activity of Working group II/8 of International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote sensing (ISPRS). It is intended to offer a room for presentations and discussions of novel ideas and invents in photogrammetric data processing and analysis for environmental and infrastructure monitoring, change detection and image vectorization, data retrieving and recovering from images. This workshop continues the row of ISPRS WG II/8 activities, basing on successful experience of ISPRS PSBB workshops, thatwere held in 2015, 2017, 2021 and 2023. This PSBB25 is organized by ISPRS (WG II/8), State Research Institute of Aviation System (GosNIIAS, Russia), Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT, Russia) and Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography (MIIGAiK). To provide the possibility of participating for wide scope of researchers from different countries, ISPRS PSBB25 workshop is held as a hybrid event, with both in-person and online forms of participation.
