  New opportunities for acquiring, accumulating and processing huge amounts of data have created prerequisites for the development of methods and algorithms that demonstrate a new, higher quality solution to urgent problems in the held of processing and analysis of photogrammetric data. e International Workshop “Photogrammetric data analysis – PDA” is organized as a platform for exchangingthe latest methods, approaches and achievements in the eld of photogram- metry and remote sensing. e PDA24 Workshop is a part of scientic activity of Working group II/8 of International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote sensing (ISPRS). It is intended to over a room for presentations and discussions of novel ideas and invents in photogrammetric data processing and analysis for environmental and infrastructure monitoring, change detection and image vectorization, data retrieving and recovering from images. is workshop begins a new branch in ISPRS WGII/8 activities, basing on successful experience of ISPRS PSBB workshops, that were held in 2015, 2017, 2021 and 2023. is PDA24 is organized by ISPRS (WG II/8), State Research Institute of Aviation System (GosNIIAS, Russia), Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT, Russia) and Moscow State University of Geodesy and Cartography (MI- IGAiK). To provide the possibility of participating for wide scope of researchers from dierent countries, ISPRS PDA24 workshop is held as a hybrid event, with both in-person and online forms of participation. We believe that the workshop will contribute to the development of pho- togrammetric and computer vision techniques and will promote mutually benecial scientic contacts and discussions.
